The reserve is one of Kyrgyzstan’s components of the Western Tien-Shan World Heritage property, inscribed in 2016. This protected landscape should be approached through its conservation purpose. A village named Besh-Aral is not the reserve boundary or an authorised visitor entrance, so no village coordinate is used as a substitute. Ask the reserve administration which sectors, if any, are open for an arranged visit. Wildlife observation requires distance and quiet, and never justifies leaving permitted areas.
