Erosion has exposed folds, gullies and steep faces that change character with the light. This is a landscape excursion best planned around a specific, locally confirmed approach, since a geographic point alone does not identify a safe path. Combine a short walk with wider travel in the At-Bashy district if time allows. Carry water, avoid unstable edges and leave narrow drainage channels when rain threatens in the surrounding hills.
