The official heritage register lists it on Zhumabek Street and dates the building to 1976. Its purpose makes it a different kind of city stop from a historical museum: visitors can either include the exterior in an architecture walk or investigate a current performance.
For a family outing, confirm the actual programme, admission arrangements and performance location before travelling. Published memories of the circus and older event advertisements do not establish what is running today. A walk around the public street frontage remains separate from access to performance, rehearsal and service spaces.
The nearby National Library can form another stop on a broader cultural route. Be precise when sharing a meeting point: the name Circus is also used for surrounding transport stops. The marker here belongs to the mapped cultural venue rather than a bus stop or a claim that every part of the site is open to visitors.
OSM named feature representative point; not a verified entrance, parking place or walking route.
