Its purpose is the protection of forest landscapes and biodiversity, rather than the operation of a single roadside attraction.
The park offers a way to understand the mountain environments behind the Toktogul basin. A broad protected-area map point identifies the landscape, not a visitor centre, campground or trailhead. Before planning a walk or a lake visit, establish which part of the park you intend to reach and ask about local permission and conservation requirements. A protected designation does not by itself guarantee unrestricted access, maintained paths or transport connections.
Public OpenStreetMap feature reference, not a surveyed arrival instruction or access guarantee.
