Nyldy-Ata is a group of sacred places in the Ozgorush area of Talas Region. Its significance comes from a landscape of natural features and the practices through which people recognise and care for them. The Aigine Cultural Research Centre carried out field research with custodians and local communities here, documenting the places as a connected cultural environment rather than as one monumental building.

The centre’s conservation projects identify features such as springs and a cave, alongside work on protective boundaries and visitor resting areas. These records help explain why a visit is about relationships with water, stone, paths and custodians as much as a single sight. They do not justify presenting local healing beliefs as medical facts or inviting visitors to perform a ritual without guidance.

Ask a custodian or local host how to approach the landscape respectfully. Some places may be appropriate for quiet observation, while others have specific expectations about entry, photography or behaviour. Listening is part of the experience. Avoid removing stones, damaging vegetation or leaving objects without understanding the local practice. A natural feature that appears ordinary to a passing visitor may carry particular significance for people who return to it over many years.

Nyldy-Ata offers a different cultural perspective from the better-known Manas Ordo complex. The two are connected by the region’s broader sacred geography, not by a single walking route or shared entrance. Arrange transport and a realistic visit in advance. This catalogue has not resolved a reliable coordinate for the sacred group itself, and a nearby village pin would conceal the difference between reaching a settlement and being welcomed into the landscape.

Exact feature point was not independently resolved; no guessed map pin.
