ROUTE OVERVIEW
At a glance
Architecture and forest country
This southern plan combines two kinds of travel: a short heritage visit in Uzgen and a slower village stay beside the walnut forests of Arslanbob. Motorcycle-tour operators include the forest region in wider journeys, while this variant uses the established road approach instead of remote mountain connectors.
Ride to the host
Start from your Osh accommodation and park legally at the Uzgen complex. Remove riding gear as needed for a comfortable walk, securing helmet and luggage before leaving the bikes. Continue by the public Jalal-Abad/Bazar-Korgon corridor to an agreed Arslanbob address. Ask the host about the last lane and where several motorcycles can stand without obstructing residents. Book dinner and the overnight, then use the following day for one locally agreed forest or waterfall walk.
Heat, luggage and fuel
The lower road can feel much warmer than the village evening, so arrange layers that work across both settings. Drink and rest before fatigue starts affecting overtaking decisions. Check range and confirm the fuel stops you intend to use; leave enough reserve for returning from the village. Inspect fasteners after rough lanes and carry a compatible puncture kit. Confirm licence, insurance and rental approval. Forest paths and waterfall approaches are walking places here, not an invitation to improvise an off-road loop.
Preparation and equipment
Road-touring/adventure motorcycle to the confirmed arrival point; use a shorter final approach if lanes are unsuitable.
Track length: 179.4 km. This distance covers the track shown on the map. Add any approach, return or transfer sections that are outside it.

Getting there
Confirmed public road to an Arslanbob village host, via Uzgen/Bazar-Korgon. Monument and forest interiors on foot. Finish at a confirmed village house/meeting point in Arslanbob via the public Bazar-Korgon approach. No motorcycle line through the walnut forest or to waterfall pins.
Without a car
Confirm transport to the actual trailhead, not just the nearest town. Agree the return pickup point and a latest contact time before leaving mobile coverage.
By car & parking
Ask locally about road access, entry rules and a permitted place to park. Use the line only for its stated mode of travel and exact scope.

When to go

- Trail shoes or boots with good grip; layers, sun protection and waterproofs.
- Drinking water, food, a first-aid kit and a headlamp.
